Viticultural practices included vertical shoot positioning, shoot thinning, cluster thinning and hand leaf removal.

Comments

Very pale in colour, the nose explodes with intense aromas of clementine, blood orange, peach, honey and floral. On the palate, is slightly off-dry, balanced, showing flavours reminiscent of orchard fruit, citrus, honey and spring flower buds. The finish is medium-long, vibrant, and crisp.

Food Pairings

Truly a fun and easy drinking wine that will pair with many different dishes. Try it with a seafood salad, Prosciutto stuffed grilled peaches, Thai curries, or creamy goat cheeses. The best thing about the 2020 Tawse Riesling is how delightful it is all on its own.
