WINEMAKER’S YADA-YADA

2020 was a near perfect vintage for wines in Ontario. In this wine, it shows as great freshness and intensity, balanced acidity, and ripe fruit flavours. This batch of Riesling finished its ferment in a tank, trapping some CO2 to give a light effervescence to the final wine.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This fun Fizzy wine opens on the nose with lots of fruits such as peach, papaya, guava, all wrapped in apple blossoms and banana leaf. The palate is zesty with a delicate moose containing, lime, more green apple and peaches
