Tasting Notes: Fruity and crisp, with notes of fresh citrus, peach and orange blossom on the nose. The palate echoes the nose with honey, green apple and tropical fruits.

Food Pairing: Pair this wine with Hawaiian pizza, sushi or have on its own, well chilled.

Growing Season and Harvest: The growing season started out unusually mild, with higher precipitation levels than normal. The rain continued throughout the summer months, luckily we had enough hot and sunny days to allow full maturity in the grapes.
