WINEMAKER'S DESCRIPTION

Frigid Canadian nights followed by full fermentation turn frozen grapes into tropical nectar. This Vidal Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of apricots, honey and grapefruit. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of raisin, cinnamon, baked apple and walnut. This sweet wine is well balanced with good acidity on the finish.

Growing Season and Harvest

The frozen Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested in December when temperatures fell between -10ºC and - 14ºC.
