Fermented in French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation

2019 was a cooler vintage that produced elegant wines with great concentration and intensity. For our Chardonnay, this gave us a nice balance between vibrant acidity, minerality and freshness with richness and body that comes from oak ageing and lees stirring. There’s quite a bit of complexity as well as a nice long finish.

On the Nose : The Nose opens with butter and lemon zest, followed by aromas of fresh popcorn and peaches

In the Glass : The palate is bright with a creamy texture, all wrapped up with fresh Niagara peaches and whipped cream.

Food Pairing : Enjoys this wine with a fresh Niagara peach tart tatin and whipped cream. Popcorn, roasted chicken, roasted cauliflower soup or clam chowder.
