Sourced from sustainably farmed Niagara Peninsula vineyards. Viticultural practices included vertical shoot positioning, shoot thinning, cluster thinning. Our Icewine is crafted from grapes naturally frozen on the vine, harvested under the moonlit winter sky at -8 degree C.

Made from 100% Niagara Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes.

This is a surprisingly versatile icewine that can be easily be paired with savory and sweet dishes alike. Try it with blue cheese tarts or an assortment of cheeses for a contrast style pairing. 

Panna cotta with a red berry compote or a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake are perfect for a complimentary pairing.  Of course, this "dessert in a glass" can be enjoyed all on its own.
